- Product: refers to a product or Service offered for sale on the Website www.iconseasonclothing.com.

By accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, you declare that you have reached the age of majority in your country, state, or province of residence and that you have given us your consent to allow any minor under your charge to make purchases on this online store.

Promotional products will be identified by a "PROMOTION" label or a crossed-out price. Such promotions are valid while stocks last and during the promotion display period.
For CLIENTS outside mainland France, https://www.iconseasonclothing.com/ is required by law to charge VAT on orders shipped to most European Union countries.
For CLIENTS outside the European Union and overseas territories (DOM-TOM), orders are not subject to VAT but may be subject to local taxes and customs duties in the destination country. These fees are the CLIENT’s responsibility.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery method, package weight, and destination.
